1. Our Standard of Excellence Every detail is intentionally considered so that what you receive stands at the intersection of beauty, quality, and responsibility. We design and produce with care, and we partner only with manufacturers who share our standards.

2. EU Legal Guarantee For purchases to which it applies, our products are covered by a two-year (24-month) legal guarantee against manufacturing defects and premature wear, consistent with European Union consumer-protection law where applicable. This guarantee is designed to ensure that your investment is built to last and that you can shop with confidence. The legal guarantee applies in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable national law.

3. GPSR Compliance Our products are designed and produced with the aim of meeting the requirements of the European Union's General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which establishes overarching safety obligations for consumer products placed on the EU market. This includes appropriate product identification, traceability information, and the provision of safety-related information to consumers where required.

4. REACH and Chemical Safety We are committed to the chemical-safety standards set out under the EU's REACH framework. Our materials and finished goods are intended to comply with applicable restrictions on hazardous substances, including testing for substances such as lead, cadmium, phthalates, and bisphenol A (BPA), so that the items you bring into your home and wear against your skin meet strict safety thresholds.

5. Materials and Responsible Sourcing We prioritize eco-conscious and responsibly sourced materials wherever possible, including GOTS- and OCS-certified organic cotton, recycled polyester, and FSC-certified stationery. We document the journey of our textiles and partner with manufacturers who adhere to fair-labor standards, because how a product is made matters as much as how it looks.

6. Manufacturer and EU Responsible Person Our products are manufactured by our trusted production partner on a made-on-demand basis. Where required for products placed on the EU market, an EU Responsible Person (Authorized Representative / economic operator) is designated in accordance with applicable regulations, and that party's identity and contact details are made available on the relevant product information or packaging.

7. Care Instructions and Intended Use To keep your pieces safe and beautiful for as long as possible, please follow any care instructions provided with your product and use each item only for its intended purpose. Misuse, improper care, accidental damage, and normal wear over time are not covered by the legal guarantee.

8. Reporting a Safety Concern If you ever have a concern about the safety of one of our products, please stop using the item immediately and contact us. We take every safety report seriously and will respond promptly. Your wellbeing always comes first.
